Coaching for Change

Change is not something that comes easily, especially in a church setting.  Through our Coaching for Change program, we strive to equip Lead/Senior Pastors with the tools to lead change well.  Through monthly conversations, books and other resources, we believe that a leader that can lead change well is ready to change the world.  Coaching for a Change is a 12-month program where Lead/Senior Pastors meet with their coach in a small group of 3-5 other pastors and cover a different topic each month pertaining to leading change well in a church setting.
